Return Policy
Return Time Limit
Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests beyond 30 days will not be accepted. Please ensure that your return request is processed within this time frame.
Return Conditions
In order to qualify for a return, merchandise must meet the following requirements: unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.
Keep all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.
We do not accept the return of any item that shows visible signs of use or damage.
Return Request Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps: Send an email to our customer service email address: support@dandsgoods.com.
Provide the following information in the email: Order number
Date of purchase
Reason for return (e.g. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with detailed return guidelines.
Return shipping fee
Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer, unless the return is due to the following circumstances: the item is of faulty quality
Receiving the wrong item
For the above cases, Dandsgoods will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Refund Processing
Once we have received your returned item, inspected it and confirmed that it is eligible for return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment platform.
Exchange Policy
We do not provide direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return first and then place a new order for the desired item.
Handling of damaged or incorrect merchandise
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us via email (support@dandsgoods.com) within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Please provide photographic proof and describe the exact problem. We will take care of it for you as soon as possible and arrange for a reshipment or refund if necessary.
